CAS Meeting

The CAS Annual Meeting sets a benchmark for exceptional CME education. Hosted in a different Canadian city each year, it sets a backdrop for a collegial environment and a high standard of compelling CME education in Anesthesiology.


Perioperative Echo Symposium

Annual symposium since 2003, typically held the last weekend of October or first weekend of November, focusing on the full range of applications in acute care and perioperative point-of-care echocardiography an ultrasound.   


Society of Anesthesia and Sleep Medicine

Annual meeting since 2010, focusing on advancing standards of care for clinical programs shared by Anesthesiologists and Sleep Medicine. 


Toronto Anesthesia Symposium

An annual conference organized by anesthesiologists from Sinai Health Systems - University Health Network (SHS-UHN), in conjunction with The Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, University of Toronto, this 2 day conference brings renown international and national speakers to take part in a range of key note lectures, round table Problem Based Learning discussions and hands on practical workshops covering a wide range of anesthesia topics to include regional, pain, airway, crisis management, neuro-anesthesia, transgender surgery, and peri-operative medicine     


Point of Care Ultrasound Workshop 2024

A 2-day hands on point of care ultrasound workshop offered to physicians and allied health care providers who wish to acquire ultrasound skills for a variety of applications.
