Program Description

The Transitional Pain Service at Toronto Western Hospital optimizes the care for patients with: preoperative pain, postoperative pain, acute on chronic pain, opioid issues, and acute to chronic pain. The PReOPERative Pain Optimization Clinic (PROPER Pain Clinic) is hosted within this program.
