The TAPMI young adult clinic was one of the first clinics in Ontario that enables this patient population to successfully transition into the adult healthcare system. The clinic serves patients aged 17-25 with chronic pain and is housed at Women's College Hospital. This uniquely positioned clinic allows young adults to be internally referred to other physician specialist with expertise in interventional pain management, neuromodulation, addiction and physiatry within the TAPMI (Toronto Academic Pain Medicine Institute) partnership.
